Eclat Solutions, in 2010 announced its agreement with Ericsson for PAN India BSNL, AMS i.e. alarm management system for north and east BSNL and HLRMS for north and east BSNL.

Eclat’s FTAM is used to retrieve, transfer and exchange CDR files between telecom switches, network elements, mediation and billing system.

Eclat’s AMS helped the operator to control and monitor systems. AMS is a fast and reliable signaling of fault states to the responsible persons is becoming increasingly important.

The modular Alarm Management System responds to these requirements by sending error messages to a variety of possible recipients completely automatically. For example:

  • SMS to Smartphone or cell phone
  • E-Mail

The different variants of the Alarm Management System and the available options allow individual adaption to the requirements of the operator, from a stand-alone solution up to a company-wide communication solution.

BSNL
Eclat Solutions, in 2010 rolled POC for EIR with BSNL Chandigarh.

Equipment Identity Register reduces the threats of theft of handsets by enabling individual’s operators to prevent the use of stolen handsets in their own networks. Videocon

Eclat Solutions, in 2011 announced that it has gone live with MT-SMSC services at Gujarat, MP, Punjab, and Haryana in India. Eclat has signed a group-level technology partnership with Videocon to deploy its MT-SMSC with Videocon.

A short message service center is a network element in the mobile telephone network. Its purpose is to store, forward, convert and delivers SMS messages.

Basic Trajectories of SMS are

  1. From Mobile to another Mobile, this trajectory is referred as MO-MT (Mobile Originated - Mobile Terminated)
  2. From Mobile to a content provider (also called as Large Account / ESME), this trajectory is referred as MO-AT (Mobile Originated - Application Terminated)
  3. From Application to a Mobile, this trajectory is referred as AO-MT (Application Originated - Mobile Terminated)

An SMS center (SMSC) is responsible for handling the SMS operations of a wireless network.

  1. When an SMS message is sent from a mobile phone, it will reach an SMS center first.
  2. The SMS center then forwards the SMS message towards the destination.
  3. The main duty of an SMSC is to route SMS messages and regulate the process. If the recipient is unavailable (for example, when the mobile phone is switched off), the SMSC will store the SMS message.
  4. It will forward the SMS message when the recipient is available or when the message's expiry period is exceeded.

Eclat recently announced that it has signed a group-level partnership with Universal Software to deploy its MCA for MTNL Mumbai And Delhi.

Éclat’s missed call Advisor (MCA) service, subscribers will not worry about missing an important call while their mobile is switched off or out of coverage area. The missed call notification service detects when the subscriber is not able to receive calls, and logs the calling party’s number and the time of call for every call attempt made to the unreachable subscriber.

Eclat recently announced that it has signed a group-level partnership with Apalaya to deploy its Audio TV in ROBI Bangladesh and Airtel Bangladesh.

Mobile subscribers can subscribe to Audio TV and play On-demand live tv channels and other voice contents on their handsets from interactive voice response menu driven system.
